You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress-free as possible. You will be contacted by our delivery team generally within 5 working days of placing your order. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window. Once the delivery team arrives they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice. TAKE AWAY OLD SOFA While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need below. You can contact The British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They will then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research. So you can get rid of your unwanted stuff, and feel good about it, too.
