When will my order be delivered?
Our 80% of orders are delivered within 1 day. The normal delivery time is 2 to 5 days. You can also suggest a preferred delivery date in the notes section at checkout, or send us your preferred date on WhatsApp 447366498191 along with your order number.
Can I Return my product?
If you get the item and you decide you don’t want it, you can return it within 7 days.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
