Delivery Information
Once your order is placed on our website, our team will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date. We normally contact customers 1–2 days before delivery to confirm the booking.
If delivery is to a flat above the ground floor, an additional £30 carrying charge is payable directly to the driver.
Our sofas are delivered in easy-to-assemble sections. If you would like the driver to assemble the sofa for you, an additional £30 assembly fee is payable directly to the driver.
Please note that our delivery team cannot remove old furniture or take away packaging materials.
As these are large furniture deliveries, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Factors such as traffic, previous deliveries, and assembly times may affect the schedule. However, the driver will call you approximately one hour before arriving at your address.
On the day of delivery, please ensure there is clear access to the room where the sofa will be placed and that the area is ready for installation.
