Delivery Information
Estimated delivery times are displayed on our website. Once your order has been placed, our team will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date. We will usually contact you 1–2 days before delivery to confirm your booking.
If delivery is required above the ground floor, an additional £30 charge is payable directly to the courier.
Our sofas are supplied in easy-to-assemble sections. If you would like the driver to assemble the sofa for you, an assembly charge of £30 is payable directly to the driver.
Please note that our delivery team cannot remove old furniture or dispose of packaging materials.
As these are large furniture items delivered nationwide, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Factors such as traffic, access restrictions, previous deliveries, and assembly requirements may affect arrival times. However, our drivers will aim to provide approximately one hour's notice before arrival.
On the Day of Delivery
- Please ensure clear access to the room where the furniture will be placed.
- Make sure the area is cleared before delivery.
- All items must be inspected with the courier present.
- Any issues must be reported immediately to the courier.
- A signature will be required upon successful delivery.
