Delivery Dates & Booking
Once your order has been placed through our website, our team will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable delivery date. You will normally be contacted 1–2 days before delivery to confirm your booking.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 working days after payment is received (Monday–Friday). Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 working days after dispatch, although in many cases we deliver much sooner.
Additional Delivery Charges
- Deliveries to flats above the ground floor may incur an additional £30 charge, payable directly to the courier.
- Our sofas are supplied in easy-to-assemble sections. If you require the delivery team to assemble the sofa, a £30 assembly charge is payable directly to the driver.
Important Delivery Information
Please note that our delivery team cannot remove old furniture or dispose of packaging and cardboard after delivery.
