Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer finance options?

Klarna is currently unavailable. Any payment or instalment options available for your order will be shown at checkout, with the provider's eligibility requirements and terms. Shop Pay and Google Pay are payment services; their availability alone does not mean finance is offered.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Available digital-wallet and other payment options are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only for eligible orders and postcodes confirmed with us in advance.

What is the delivery charge for sofas?

Free delivery is available to eligible UK mainland postcodes. Some remote and non-mainland locations may have an extra charge or may not be available. Check our delivery information or contact us with your postcode before ordering.

How long does it take to deliver?

Delivery timing depends on the sofa, stock and postcode. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date, and fast delivery may be available on selected in-stock sofas. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular date.

Are your frames guaranteed, and for how long?

We provide a one-year warranty covering the frame and recliner mechanisms. Keep your delivery note as proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, stitching issues or normal wear and tear; your statutory rights are unaffected.

What happens if I change my mind?

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the item within a further 14 days. Conditions and exclusions apply, and you normally pay the return cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. Read our full returns policy; your statutory rights are unaffected.

How much do you charge for assembly?

Assembly costs £30 and is payable directly to the driver on delivery. Please arrange this service with us in advance.
