Delivery & Assembly

If delivery is to a flat above the ground floor, an additional £30 carrying charge is payable directly to the driver.

If you would like the driver to assemble the sofa for you, a £30 assembly fee is payable directly to the driver.
Please note that our delivery team cannot remove your old furniture or dispose of packaging materials.
As these are large furniture deliveries, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to traffic, previous deliveries, and assembly requirements. However, the driver will call you approximately one hour before arriving at your address.
On the day of delivery, please ensure there is clear access to the room where the sofa will be placed and that the area is ready before our delivery team arrives.
