Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some postcode areas, outlined below: Scottish Highlands and certain UK islands, including the following postcodes: IV, KW, TR, PL, DT, TQ, EX, PH, PA10-PA34, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE WE ARRIVE Check your new sofa will fit. BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress-free as possible. You will be contacted by our delivery team generally within 5 working days of placing your order. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window. Once the delivery team arrives they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice. TAKE AWAY OLD SOFA While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need below. You can contact The British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They will then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research. So you can get rid of your unwanted stuff, and feel good about it, too.
