Are your frames guaranteed, and for how long?

We provide a one-year warranty covering the frame and recliner mechanisms. Keep your delivery note as proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, stitching issues or normal wear and tear; your statutory rights are unaffected.

What happens if I change my mind?

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the item within a further 14 days.
